​Since October 2005, new editions of the Psychic Observer® and Chimes® Journal started being published on either an annual, then semi annual and currently a quarterly basis. To check for availability of previous issues, email the Editor at psychicobserver (at) gmail.com


Psychic Observer® and Chimes® Journal had stop being published in the mid 1980s and the remnants of the publication were left in storage.    In the late 1980's the inventory and all publication rights to Psychic Observer® and Chimes® Journal was purchased, and then later donated to Aquarian Foundation®by its founder Rev.Keith Milton Rhinehart world's most scientifically tested researched and documented physical phenomena adept medium.
